Many of us, out of fear, repress this energy and, as a result, feel cut off from our own deep sense of wholeness and power. Developing a positive relationship with this misunderstood emotion means taking responsibility for its presence in our lives and learning ways to express it which lead to a greater sense of empowerment and intimacy with ourselves and others. |

Scott Eaton, M.A., M.F.T. has been facilitating groups, workshops and trainings in the United States and Europe for over 30 years. He is a certified Hakomi therapist and teacher and has been a licensed psychotherapist since 1988. He has taught numerous workshops on anger in a wide variety of settings. In addition, Scott is a longstanding teacher and practitioner of meditation and an avid world traveler. Scott currently has offices in San Francisco and Emeryville.
