Welcome to the Somatic Inquiry Website.

Somatic Inquiry is a process whereby the individual actively participates in his/her learning and therapeutic unfolding. By inquiring into ourselves through our bodies and our minds, we discover our inherent potential and capacity for transformation and healing. Through this process of inquiry, we develop deep appreciation for ourselves, our intimate relationships, and our communities - the web of life.

How we inhabit our body is a direct expression of who we are. As we learn how to participate in our felt sense and emotional life, we gain greater awareness of self and other. If we can recognize who we are on an organismic level, in constant interchange with our environment, then we can connect more directly with life.

On this site you will find the various disciplines that I teach and practice. You will find descriptions of the various applications of somatic inquiry and my training in Hakomi therapy, Somatic Psychology, Trauma Resolution and Continuum Movement.
